We collect the contact, athlete, parent, company, scheduling, registration, and inquiry information you provide, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, athlete details, company names, and notes about the program or service you need.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We use your information to review inquiries, schedule programs and sessions, send confirmations, process payments, maintain operational records, and follow up about registrations or services.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the workflow, such as payment processors, email delivery providers, and secure hosting infrastructure.

Retention

We retain intake, registration, and transaction records as needed for operations, follow-up, accounting, and legal obligations.
