JSPathletes is a product of Swerl Inc.
These Terms of Service govern JSPathletes athlete mentoring programs, event registrations, coaching, leadership services, payments, scheduling, and related services provided through JSPathletes by Jesse Smith and Swerl Inc.
Programs and Services
JSPathletes provides athlete mentoring programs, coaching, leadership sessions, events, and related follow-up support as a Swerl Inc product.
Services may be delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format depending on the program and scheduling.
Payments and Deposits
Paying for a mentoring beta, mentoring path, event, or other enrollment reserves a place in the program or reserves time for preparation, scheduling, and delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments and deposits are non-refundable after booking, except where required by law or if JSPathletes declines to move forward before scheduling begins.
Scheduling and Attendance
Program timing, format, and location depend on availability, scheduling, and the agreed scope of work. Payment does not guarantee a specific date, roster spot, or format beyond the described offering until scheduling is confirmed.
Participants and families are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate registration information, and communicating promptly about any scheduling issues.
Where a mentoring program requires active phone and WhatsApp access, the athlete and family are responsible for maintaining that access throughout the program.
Travel and On-Site Delivery
Programs and services may be delivered in Southern California or elsewhere as agreed. Travel, lodging, venue, and related logistics are handled according to the written program details or proposal.
No Guaranteed Outcome
JSPathletes provides coaching, training, feedback, and practical guidance. It does not guarantee roster outcomes, team placement, scholarships, Olympic selection, recruiting results, business outcomes, promotions, or other third-party results.
Conduct and Safety
Clients, athletes, parents, and participants agree to communicate respectfully, provide accurate information, and follow reasonable program expectations during inquiry, scheduling, payment, and service delivery.
